This site was pre-developed, but updated daily with content/images, banners, coupons, layout arrangement, and idea-generating revenue. Future database development and management with Ruby on Rails.
Synopsis:
Texas Outside is filled with exciting information on camping, golfing, boating, hiking, biking, fishing, and fun things to do in Texas - plus monthly specials and discounts. Texas Outside has been an active website for over 10 years and was recently ranked as the #1 Outdoor Recreation Website in Texas with a Google Page Ranking of 6 and Alexa ranking. Last year, there was a 35% growth in traffic and this year will be the same. July was an all time record of new visitors - 267,000 and 8 million hits.
Texas RV Connection
Task:
Redesigned site, manage affiliate programs, update keywords & meta tags for search engine optimization, manage pay-per-click programs and soon-to-manage database developed with Ruby on Rails. Daily updated with content, images, banners, coupons, layout arrangement, and idea-generating revenue.
Synopsis:
Texas RV Connection is information on RVing in Texas with campground reviews, traveling Texas articles, RV tips, and coupons and deals on merchandise, gear, and equipment. Texas RV has been an active site for 8 years, but the site was redesigned June 2007 to include new and exciting content, improved navigation, and more. With the commitment to continued enhancements and improvements, Alexas Rating has improved by 50%, traffic has doubled and Google Page Ranking is now a 4 since the new release.
